Data Money is a management and financial system aimed at companies providing services of any nature, including those that provide services under a contract and that have to generate monthly billing and collection for these services, with the issuance of an electronic Service Invoice.
Electronic Service Invoice
The Electronic Service Invoice (NFS-e) modules of the Data money system is the easiest, fastest and most economical way to meet the requirements of the legislation, generating information for the NFS-e Issuer, for almost all municipalities of Brazil. With Data Cempro's NFS-e, your company will have much more agility in its daily life, with dynamic reports, controls, validations, registrations and even the entire database is on your computer or server for consultation at any time . Furthermore, you can prepare and upload several NFS-e at the same time.
Customers
Allows you to register the customer automatically, by consulting the CNPJ on the IRS website. It is also possible to attach scanned documents, images, PDFs, etc. to the registration of each customer. and it also allows the automatic creation of the ledger account in the Chart of Accounts, for the purpose of controlling the customer's checking account.
Contracts
You inform the contracted services and the system calculates the total contract value that can still be changed. You print the contract from the system itself (a standard contract already exists, but one or more templates can be edited or created), then it can be printed or emailed to your customer. The office management system will still control its renewals and readjustments, letting you know at the right time. This contract will serve as the basis for monthly billing and issuance of NFSe for the services contracted for each client. Current Account Integrated with Cash and Balance Sheet.
You pay an expense to be recovered, post the checkout to your cashier and the Data Money system automatically debits your customer. You receive an amount, per account, from your customer, Data Money issues the Receipt, the entry in your Cashier and credits it to your customer. All of this is reflected in the statement of accounts. At the end of the month, you still have a comparative 12-month balance sheet, to analyze the company's results, which can still be interacted with on screen and, if you are doing the office's accounting, everything will be registered in this automatically.
Charge
You can generate a billing document for your customers' checking account balance, issue a barcode bank slip, send everything by e-mail, print payment receipt and/or download automatically with the bank's return file, generating the entries in your bank account and automatically crediting the payment to your customer.
Bills to pay
The Data Money system allows you to control the office's accounts payable, issuing reports by maturity, by supplier and automatically posting the payment of the bill to the cashier. In addition, it issues alerts to the user, when entering the system, about overdue and unpaid bills on the day.
Task Management and Duty Schedule
You define monthly and annual obligations and eventual tasks for each customer and the Data Money system automatically generates service requests, by area (up to 4 different areas). Your employees complete the tasks and download them one by one, so you can know at any time what is pending or to be done.
Protocols
The Data Money system manages and prints the protocols for both receipt and delivery or returns of documents, allowing the download of documents, in order to control the backlog of returns, when necessary.
Contact Registration
Through this option it is possible to record, for future consultation, all communication with your customer, noting everything that was talked about during visits, phone calls, correspondence, e-mails, etc.
